Paul C. Sprenger, Attorney, is one of the founding partners of Sprenger + Lang, PLLC and is now Of Counsel to that firm.  He remains Lead Counsel with an age discrimination lawsuit in the TV writing industry, widely known as the “TV Writers' Case.”

Paul attended the University of Michigan, receiving his Bachelors degree in Business.  He went on to get his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1965.

From 1965 until 1977, Paul Sprenger practiced law with the Minneapolis business and defense law firm of Johnson & Sands, becoming a partner there in 1970.  In 1977, Sprenger started his own firm in Minneapolis. Since 1977, the primary focus of his work has been employment discrimination class action law suits.  In 1989, Sprenger merged his firm with Jane Lang’s firm based in Washington, DC to form Sprenger + Lang, PLLC.

In addition to his legal career, Paul Sprenger has remained active with many charitable organizations, mostly headquartered in Washington, DC. 

Paul is a Trustee of the Sprenger.Lang Foundation, a non-profit organization promoting arts and arts education; this entity includes a performing arts component known as Tribute Productions.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlas Performing Arts Center and serves as Treasurer of the organization.  The Atlas is now a restored, mixed-use building, formerly a run-down movie palace in Northeast DC, currently functioning as theater space, rehearsal space, dance studio, and office for arts organizations in the revitalized area, known locally as “The Atlas District.”

Paul  is also on the Board and Treasurer of the Tregaron Conservancy,  a non-profit committed to restoring and maintaining 13 acres of historic landscape in the heart of Washington, D.C.

In 2007, Paul Sprenger and his wife Jane Lang were included in Washingtonian magazine's list of Washingtonians of the year.
